Throwback Thursday!

Hey guys!  I'm linking up with Freebielicious for the Thursaday Throwback Linky!  This is a post from last September when we had just moved into our new building!  Lots has changed in my room since then but the overall decorations are the same!  Hope you get some good ideas!

Hey guys! It's been a long while since I've been on here.  As soon as school started my world went into a tail-spin and everything went crazy!  But I'm back, and I'm happy about it!  And what's better than coming back to a Five for Friday post?! I'm linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for Five for Friday!

Our building is almost finally done!  They are just finishing up the big kid playground in the back of the school and the loop around the school for arrival and dismissal. Here are some pics of my classroom!

Love, love, love our triangle desks and pretty green chairs!

This cord no longer sticks out like that!!!

Love the beautiful new building! And my room is still coming along...there is more to do than I ever imagined!!!

Of course, my family and I had to go to the Oklahoma State Fair a few weekends ago! It was a blast! Here are a few of my fave pics from that night!
This is the only reason I go to the fair. Cheese fries drenched in ketchup!!!

My daughter and her favorite aunt!

Farm animals, of course!

Chicken on a stick!

My hubby and daughter on her first ride ever!

I absolutely love being a math and science teacher this year! We are departmentalized and now I never want to teach reading/S.S. again!  Here are a few pics of us having a blast while learning!

I have created a couple of new products for my TpT store this past month!  Check them out HERE!

Here is my favorite!

I noticed that my students were really struggling with decimal place value and reading/writing decimal numbers in standard, expanded and word form.  I was pleasantly surprised that this really helped them understand the concept!

Thanks for reading!  So excited to rejoin the blogging world!
