Wednesday-Made-It!

I love linking up with the Monday Made It Linky, but Monday is just a super hard day to get motivated! I have accomplished a lot so far this week...Check it out!

*1* I am super duper proud of myself! I found and followed an awesome tutorial for inserting customized buttons into my blog!  It only took me a few tries and overall it was really easy. Check out the tutorial here!  I also added a new chalkboard background to my header, button, etc.  The darker background makes it look much better than the grainy background I had before!  I'm movin' on up in the blogging/designing world!

*2*  Today I finished a product that I had been putting off for a few weeks now!  It's my Classroom Arrows Calendar Set for my classroom bulletin board! It's perfect for back to school!  I absolutely love it! I've already printed mine off and can't wait to laminate them and put them to use soon!  And I included my freebie teacher calendar set as well!  Get yours here!!!

*3*  Don't you just hate those people who are good at literally everything they try?  Well, that's my husband.  I just must say that my husband is an incredible artist. For my dad's birthday we decided to try out wood burning and making a sign for a cabin my dad is building.  This is the finished product, and it's just outstanding! I couldn't believe how well it turned out!

*4*  So a friend recently told me about a website called Wish...it's super cheap and has a few good finds on there.  There are some really weird things, but I found a few items I just couldn't live without.  I am obsessed with the earrings I got from Wish, but both of the necklaces were broken when I received them. *insert sad face here* So, instead of being angry I decided to create my daughter and I friendship bracelets with the beads from one of the necklaces!  They are tooooo cute! And I love the colors!

squishy baby hands are probably my favorite things in the entire world.

*5* And lastly, I must share with you my recent obsession...Flipz White Fudge Covered Pretzles! I have fallen in love with the sweet/salty mix and this is just the ticket for my taste buds!  If you haven't tried them, go to the store immediately!!!!

That's all for now!

  1. I'm impressed with your button making skills! I am not in love with my buttons on my blog. I have thought about trying to make some myself, but then wonder if I might save myself some sanity and ask my blog designer to create some different ones for me. Yours turned out awesome!
